Our Plan

When you sign up to the field you'll begin with a grounding introduction video to help you determine the best pathway through the program, based on what's currently surfacing for you and your horse.

From there, you'll move through a series of video and audio lessons at your own pace, in the way that feels most aligned for you.

Modules 1-3 focus on you and your horse, diving into the what, why and how of each lesson topic. I also answer the most common questions that arise, and in Module 3, you'll receive real-life video examples of me working with different horses to bring the teachings to life.

This isn't just a horsewomanship course.
It is a life changing experience.

Module 1: Calibrating Your Field

In this opening module, you’ll solidify the foundation that supports both you and your horse to thrive. You’ll reconnect with your truth and anchor into your why, aligning your inner compass with your external goals. From there, we’ll explore how to elevate the internal and external environments in your field - physically, energetically, emotionally, and mentally. This creates the conditions for both you and your horse to feel safe at a nervous system level and move through life with greater peace, clarity, and alignment.

Module 2: The Principles

In this module, you’ll strengthen your relationship and equip yourself with timeless principles and skills to better understand how horses learn - and how to teach behaviours in a way that feels amazing for both of you. You'll discover how to gently weave exposure training into your daily routine and grow in confidence together. You’ll also be introduced to a powerful problem-solving framework you can draw on anytime you're navigating uncertainty or facing new challenges on your path.

Module 3: Lessons In The Field

This is where the principles come alive through four key phases - and where you’ll begin implementing what you learn with your horse, exploring the lessons they guide you to.

Connection:
Anchor into the power of coregulation through presence, mindful introductions, conscious touch, stillness, and soft connection-to-contact. This supports sensitive horses to relax, shut-down horses to open up, and confident horses to soften even more.

Positive Reinforcement Tools:
Learn how to incorporate food rewards into your training in a way that feels great for both of you. We’ll explore food manners, targeting, and start buttons - and how to implement them using different rates of reinforcement.

Groundwork:
Teach your horse foundational groundwork patterns that refine your communication and help you feel more in sync together. These behaviours set horses of any age up for success from the ground up - and they’ll support you to take your riding to the next level (if you ride, or choose to in the future).

Exposure Training:
Empower yourself and your horse through consent-based exposure training that honours both of your emotions. You’ll gently introduce your horse to new things approaching them, touching them, moving around them, and making noise - first on the ground and then under saddle (if or when you ride). You’ll learn how to relax through moments of tension and systematically increase environmental pressure over time to set both of you up for success with anything, in any environment.

Module 4: Inner Alchemy

This module is all about your inner world - the place to go when you want to get out of your head and return to your body. Simply scan the lessons and follow the one that calls your name:

Alongside the course content, you’ll receive three months of high-touch, heart-led support designed to meet you exactly where you are and journey with you as you expand into your next chapter, both with your horse/s and within yourself.

Weekly Small Group Mentorship Calls
Our calls are an anchor point, a space for connection, clarity, and integration. Together, we’ll explore what’s surfacing in your field through group conversation, guided mindset and energy work, and intuitive support. I’ll draw from my background in compassionate horsewomanship, intuitive healing, human design, EFT tapping, NLP, and animal communication to tailor each call to your unique needs and the collective energy of the group.

Private Group Community
Between calls, you’ll have a space to connect with others walking a similar path. Share your insights, voice your questions, celebrate your wins, and be witnessed in it all. This community becomes a sanctuary of support, reflection, and resonance.

Messaging Support (Monday–Friday)
Inside our private group, you’ll be able to ask questions, share what’s unfolding in your field, and receive personalised responses from me within 48 hours - so you feel resourced and supported as you navigate whatever comes up.
