I’m a mentor, podcast host, author, and founder supporting soul-led entrepreneurs, creatives, and compassionate equestrians through intuitive, embodied, and transformational experiences.

Frequency is a private 3–6 month mentorship experience for soul-led entrepreneurs and creatives who desire deeper alignment between their mind, body, heart, spirit, and the vision they feel called to create. This is a space for intuitive, multidimensional support, helping you navigate growth, expand your capacity, strengthen self-trust, and bring your visions to life through alignment rather than force.
