Put simply, it is the process of having a healthy conversation with your horse.  

I am certain that many believe they are creating space in their relationship for this dialogue to occur, however the bulk of traditional training interactions are more often than not, one way conversations. 

The person is asking the horse to do certain behaviours and activities and they often do not consider how the horse truly feels about this. Sure the horse may respond in this dynamic yet their feelings are often ignored in the pursuit of contorting them to align with what the human desires.

This is not a healthy relationship where two way communication is present.
